Common Goods Experiment

Software for science

Web application for scientific behavioral experiments. The server coordinates synchronous interactions between participants according to a protocol. Individual decisions alter the situation or state of entire groups. Strategic behavior regarding limited resources (a lake with fishes) is observed and registered in the database. Back-end and front-end are developed using the OTree framework with Python. The platform mediates the simultaneous interactions between dozens of people for a direct econometric analysis of the organized data.
